Home staging process

STAGING  TIMELINE

Our scheduling  works on a first come first serve basis. Once you approve the staging proposal, We then sign the contract and will take a deposit for the upcoming staging project to begin designing in-house for your property. Normally our turn around is 3-5 days for smaller projects, based on inventory and booking a move-in date.

Family Real Estate

CONSULTATION & INITIAL MEETING

On-site meeting with a Kastiele Lead designer to determine your project objectives, style, measurements, layout, required furniture, accessories and art.   We take photos and measurements of your property to determine a quote and staging proposal. The quote and proposal will then be emailed to you within 24 hours. 

Moving a Couch

Stage day

Our movers and staff will be at your property on time at the determined time. We will then bring in all items needed to stage. Our designers through-out the day will be setting up furniture, putting up art, wall panels, putting accessories, throws and bedding in place. You don't lift a finger. End of the day the place will be ready to be listed and sold.

Remaining payment will be made on stage day.
